Ideal Teknoloji A.S. has been established in 2000 at İstanbul-Turkey as an engineering company.

The vision of the company is being one of the leading technology suppliers in Information Communication Technologies (ICT) and control arena by having their own know-how, engineering skills and eco-system.

This is why, the company has fully concentrated on Resarch&Development activities and all the commercial transactions of the company are based on their own products & sytems.

Ideal Teknoloji has chosen a different model for the company organization which is not being applied very frequent. There are several Line of Businesses (LoB) in the organization which are acting as the independent R&D departments while all the sales, marketing, strategic planning, finance-accounting and logistics type of tasks are being carried by the headquarters. The LoBs should not need to cooperate with another LoB however they can not be in competition.

The ultimate goal of all LoBs is to be able to spin off from the main body by establishing another company whenever reach to a defined commercial capability level.

The company has realized two of those spin offs up until now:

The first spin off is the Labris Teknoloji Ltd. (www.labristeknoloji.com) which started it’s activities in our Middle East Technical University –Technopark (Ankara-Turkey) Office as “i-liskisel” LoB 3 years ago. This company is one of the leading software houses in Turkey now, having full range of Linux based software products especially on internet infrastructure solutions and “e-transformation” projects.

The other spin off is Arvento Informatics & Mobile Solutions Ltd. (www.arvento.com) again was recently founded in Bilkent Cyberpark- Technopark (Ankara – Turkey). Arvento is the leader solution provider in Turkey on Vehicle Tracking & Fleet Management projects by having it’s end to end solution including mobile terminals, digital maps and fleet management softwares.
